These terms govern your use of Nora Fund ("the service"), operated by Umla Technologies Private Limited, 51 B, Bhagwan Bahubali Nagar, Niwaru Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012. By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to them.

1. What the service is

A digital subscription: access to a verified startup-funding directory (investors, government schemes, incubators, accelerators, founder credit programmes) and funding agents that help you prepare and pre-fill applications. No physical goods; nothing is shipped. We check entries by hand and record when each was last verified.

2. What it is not

• Not investment, legal or tax advice. Verify every amount, deadline and eligibility rule on the programme's own page before acting; sources are linked for that purpose.
• No affiliation or endorsement: listing an investor or scheme does not mean they endorse us or you.
• No outcome promises: we do not promise funding, selection, or replies from any investor.

3. Accounts and paid access

• Paid plans (Nora Fund at ₹299, and ₹799 / 30 days with Nora Agent) unlock the full directory for 30 days and renew automatically via Razorpay autopay until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Access is personal. Sharing accounts, scraping, bulk-copying or reselling directory data is prohibited and ends your access without refund.

4. Apply Kit and the browser extension

• The extension fills forms from your saved answers only when you trigger it, and never submits an application — you review and submit every form yourself.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit to third parties.

5. Your content

Answers, decks, photos and links you store remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process and (at your instruction) fill them into applications. You can export or delete them at any time.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent Indian law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current access period.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with the date above. We may suspend accounts that break §3. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law and contact
