Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nora Fund plans (₹299 / 30 days, and ₹799 / 30 days with Nora Agent) are subscriptions billed via Razorpay autopay every 30 days until you cancel.

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your account or by writing to umlahelp@gmail.com. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period already paid.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. The only exceptions, refunded in full:

• You were charged twice for the same period.
• You paid but access was not activated within 24 hours and we could not fix it.
• An autopay charge went through after you had already cancelled.

Processing time

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
