Eternal (Zomato + Blinkit) hosted its third annual EV Bazaar at KD Jadhav Stadium, New Delhi, on 9 October 2026 — drawing 2,500 delivery partners, 20+ EV OEMs and 30+ e-2W models for showcase and test rides, with chief guest Mahmood Ahmed (Additional Secretary, MoRTH) and Maharashtra EV Cell head Jitender Patil in attendance.

The scale of Eternal's EV fleet is now enormous: 200,000+ delivery partners used e-2Ws as of 30 September 2026. In FY26, EVs powered 228 million deliveries, avoiding roughly 9,926 tonnes of CO2. The initiative bundles rental, financing, charging and battery-swapping options to lower the adoption barrier.

Quick commerce is becoming the single largest demand driver for affordable electric two-wheelers in India — a fleet-scale buyer class that OEMs and battery-swap startups can build businesses around.

Why it matters for founders

228 million EV deliveries in one year is proof that fleet economics for e-2Ws now work at scale. If you build EV hardware, charging or battery-swapping, quick-commerce fleets are your beachhead market — aggregate demand, predictable routes and a single procurement decision-maker.
