Goa-based supplements brand The Stack has raised ₹21.5 crore in a seed funding round co-led by Sauce, OTP Ventures and Huddle Ventures. The round follows a ₹5.5 crore pre-seed in January 2026 co-led by OTP Ventures and Huddle Ventures, with participation from angel investors.

Founded in 2024 by Shreya Jain and Kshitij Rihal, The Stack builds supplements around clinically studied, globally sourced ingredients with full formulation transparency. It takes a quality-first approach: just five products across sleep, gut health and functional health, designed to support long-term consumer outcomes rather than chase a bloated catalogue.

The discipline is paying off in retention. The company reports that one in three customers places a second order within six months, many pay upfront for six-to-12-month subscriptions, and its top 10 per cent of customers account for 30 per cent of revenue. Referrals and word of mouth drive a significant share of new customer acquisition.

The fresh capital will go towards team expansion, stronger research and development, and a broader product portfolio. The company has reported growing fivefold in six months and is targeting 6-7X growth in FY27 compared with FY26.

Why it matters for founders

In a supplements market full of marketing claims, The Stack shows that clinical transparency and a tight product range can drive genuine retention — and investor confidence.
