T-Hub (Technology Hub), Hyderabad, is a public–private partnership established on 5 November 2015 with the Government of Telangana — and it calls itself the "world's largest home for startups," operating from a 572,000+ sq ft campus across ten floors. Its mandate: democratise access to the startup ecosystem for 10,000+ startups through incubation and acceleration programmes, mentorship, industry partnerships, market access and investor connections, with a Telangana-first but India-wide remit.
Programmes
The portfolio is deep: the Foundation Program (build-to-scale), AIC T-Hub Foundation (under NITI Aayog's Atal Innovation Mission), ORBIT (spacetech accelerator — 36 startups across three cohorts, around ₹30 crore collectively raised), the Flashpoint venture studio (day-zero founders, 100% founder ownership, no equity dilution — the agritech track offers a ₹1 lakh/month entrepreneur-in-residence stipend via Kheyti plus pilots with 8,000 greenhouse farmers; the spacetech track offers Dhruva Space labs, cleanrooms and ground stations), MATH (AI/ML Centre of Excellence backed by DST), an iDEX hub, the Google for Startups Hub, AIC sector programmes (semiconductor, mobility, healthcare, sustainability) and the Honda Innovation Challenge 2.0.
Scale and network
T-Hub cites a network of 3,300+ startups, 200+ investors, 308+ mentors and 200+ corporates, with organisational reports crediting 25,000+ jobs created and $2B+ in funding facilitated. Kotak BizLabs (with Kotak Mahindra Bank) offers grants up to ₹30 lakh plus mentorship and investor access.

How to engage
"Join T-Hub" applications and per-programme calls open on t-hub.co. Pick the programme that matches your stage and sector — ORBIT for spacetech, Flashpoint if you are a day-zero founder who wants to keep 100% equity, Kotak BizLabs for grant capital — rather than applying generically. T-Hub's corporate and government partnerships mean the right programme can also open pilot and procurement conversations, which for B2B and deeptech founders is often more valuable than the mentorship itself. With specialised tracks now spanning semiconductors, mobility, healthcare and sustainability alongside the flagship spacetech and agritech offerings, founders should map their sector to a specific programme before applying.
Why it matters for founders
T-Hub is the rare incubator with genuine scale — corporate partners, investor density and sector programmes under one massive roof. For spacetech and agritech founders especially, its specialised tracks (and non-dilutive options like Flashpoint) are among the best-structured in the country.
