Instant househelp startup Snabbit posted a net loss of ₹167.75 crore in FY26, widening nearly 29-fold from ₹5.70 crore in FY25, even as operating revenue surged 46x to ₹12.25 crore from ₹0.26 crore, per Registrar of Companies filings accessed via Tofler and reported on October 16, 2026.
Total expenses stood at ₹195 crore. The biggest cost lines: expert service costs of ₹63.1 crore, marketing at ₹48.7 crore, and employee benefit expenses of ₹46 crore – the company spent roughly ₹16 to earn every rupee of operating revenue.
Startup funding India news: the price of 10-minute home services
Founded by Aayush Agarwal, the Bengaluru-based company has raised $112 million across five rounds and was valued at $377 million after a $56 million Series D in April 2026, per Tracxn. Investors include Nexus Venture Partners, Elevation Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Bertelsmann.
Snabbit runs a hyperlocal marketplace for on-demand cleaning, cooking and daily domestic tasks across Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi-NCR, Pune and Hyderabad – competing with Urban Company (which itself cleared a ₹2,500 crore QIP proposal on October 16) and General Catalyst-backed Pronto.
Why it matters for founders
Quick-commerce for labour is a brutal unit-economics game: 46x revenue growth alongside a 29x loss shows how fast hyperlocal services can scale and how fast they burn. Founders in home services need to watch the worker-supply cost line – it is the largest expense, and the battle will be won on retention, not discounts.
