Deadline: the IPO opens for subscription on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and closes on Monday, October 19. Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited has fixed a price band of ₹327–344 per equity share for its initial public offering. The medical devices maker aims to raise ₹475.48 crore through a pure offer for sale of up to 1,38,22,116 equity shares of face value Re 1 each.

The selling shareholders include the promoter Shree Hari Trust, promoter-group member Dhirajkumar Savjibhai Vasoya, and investors Samara Capital Markets Holding Limited, Kotak Pre-IPO Opportunities Fund and NHPEA Sparkle Holding B.V. Since the IPO is entirely an OFS, the company will not receive any proceeds — they go to the selling shareholders. Investors can bid for a minimum of 43 shares; the book-runners are Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, Avendus Capital, HSBC Securities and Nuvama Wealth Management, with MUFG Intime India as registrar. Listing is tentatively scheduled for October 22 on BSE and NSE.

Why it matters for founders

Medtech IPOs are arriving in a cluster — Sahajanand joins Tonbo and Zetwerk in the busiest listing week of the season. A pure-OFS structure at this size shows investors are confident enough in the story to buy without fresh growth capital in the mix. Healthtech founders: public markets are open to devices and diagnostics, not just pharma.
