Everyday performance wear brand ReplyAll has raised Rs 9.7 crore in a funding round led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII, the latest deal in startup funding in India on Monday, 26 October 2026.

Who backed the round

Alongside the two lead investors, the round saw participation from ISV, represented by Jivraj Singh Sachar, and Long View Ventures, with continued participation from existing investors Sparrow and Antler and a group of angel investors.

What ReplyAll builds

Founded by Rushabh Sanghavi in 2025, ReplyAll makes everyday performance wear for people whose lives move between work, travel, sport and everything in between. Its first three products, the Coolest Tee, All-In Pants and Stepwise Tee, have each sold out, and repeat customers account for 40 per cent of its revenue, according to the company.

The brand's pitch is materials-led: its fabric technologies include Temperform, used in the Coolest Tee, and Flexknit, designed to provide stretch and wrinkle resistance in trousers. The new capital will support fabric research and development, product design, new categories, and the brand's retail and community presence.

A new co-founder joins

Harmind Singh has joined as co-founder and chief marketing officer, taking responsibility for brand, marketing, creative and product design. Singh previously held design and creative leadership roles at PhonePe, BookMyShow and Uber.

For founders, the round is a reminder that in crowded consumer categories, a defensible product story matters as much as distribution: ReplyAll raised on fabric technology and repeat purchase, not on discounts or a single viral drop.

Why it matters for founders

Early consumer brands do not need a huge round to prove a thesis. A small, materials-first range that sells out and brings customers back is exactly the kind of traction seed investors fund next.
