Startup funding in India has a new consumer bet: Bengaluru-based fashion accessories brand Qiroko has raised Rs 1.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by ISV Capital, with participation from angel investors, Entrackr reported on 30 October 2026.
Bootstrapped to Rs 6 crore run rate
Founded in 2025 by Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik, Qiroko offers everyday fashion accessories with a focus on affordable pricing and wearable designs. Bootstrapped until this round, the startup claims to have reached an annualised revenue run rate of Rs 6 crore within its first year of launch, along with strong unit economics.
That bootstrapped traction is the story here. In a consumer market where many brands raise before proving demand, Qiroko built to a multi-crore run rate on its own capital first, giving its first institutional backer a business with real sales rather than just a plan.
Where the money goes
The fresh capital will fund new product development, expansion into watches and bags, and wider distribution across its direct-to-consumer website, marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The watches and bags expansion takes Qiroko beyond its starting accessories range into higher-ticket everyday carry categories.
For founders watching the consumer funding revival, Qiroko's round shows that small, disciplined pre-seed cheques are still available — but they increasingly follow revenue, not precede it.
Why it matters for founders
Qiroko earned its first institutional cheque by bootstrapping to a Rs 6 crore run rate first. If you are building a consumer brand, proving unit economics before raising is the fastest way to make a small round happen — and to keep control of the terms.
