Startup funding in India for enterprise AI keeps flowing: Parallel Loop, an enterprise AI startup, has raised $6.6 million (about ₹63.1 crore) in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures and Economic Development Innovations Singapore. Angel investors in the round include Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, CRED founder Kunal Shah, and former Singapore EDB chairman Philip Yeo.
Founded in June 2026 by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean, Parallel Loop helps mid-market and large enterprises integrate AI into their existing technology systems, processes and workflows — combining software with engineering support so clients retain control over data access and residency. The startup is headquartered in the US with an entity in Bengaluru, where 85–90% of its workforce is based.
Enterprise clients and a Western-markets focus
The startup has a team of 30 across Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai, and works with more than 12 enterprises globally, including Licious and Havells in India and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand. The fresh capital will strengthen its go-to-market strategy, expand the team, and scale operations with a focus on Western markets.
The founders previously co-founded FairDee, a Thailand-based insurtech startup acquired by Qoala, where Jogani served as group CTO and Chean as group CTO-turned-COO — experience they now apply to selling AI to large enterprises.
Why it matters for founders
Parallel Loop shows what enterprise-AI investors want now: real logos, not just demos. With 12 paying enterprise clients in its first four months and a product built around data control — the top CIO concern — it closed a seed round that looks more like a Series A. Founders building for enterprises should note the pattern: start with customers who pay, then raise.
