OneByZero, an enterprise artificial intelligence and software architecture startup, has raised $20 million in Series A funding led by Jungle Ventures. Announced on October 5, 2026, the round will fund an aggressive scale-up of the company's agentic AI platform across Asia-Pacific.
Founded in 2023 and led by CEO Niket Vaidya, OneByZero develops an enterprise AI orchestration ecosystem paired with a forward-deployed engineering model designed to securely run automated workflows. Its core platform, NEO, works as an advanced command and governance layer that coordinates multi-agent digital workforces alongside human employees, enforcing strict policy-driven controls over how digital agents interact with deep data ledgers.
The company operates across nine regions — Singapore, Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and the United States — and is now entering Japan. The fresh capital will be used to scale engineering teams across these regions, accelerate expansion into highly regulated healthcare and public-sector verticals, and expand NEO's agentic governance feature set. The healthcare and public-sector focus is telling: these are the sectors where AI agents need the strongest governance guardrails, and where enterprise buyers will pay a premium for them.
Why it matters for founders
OneByZero's raise confirms where enterprise AI money is flowing: not to better models, but to the governance layer that lets regulated industries actually deploy agents. If you're building AI for enterprise, the winning pitch isn't "smarter agents" — it's "agents your compliance team will approve". That's the product Jungle Ventures just wrote a $20 million cheque for.
