The October IPO conveyor belt rolls on. After Vishal Nirmiti and Nityas Gems (mainboard) plus EverestIMS Technologies and Dove Soft (SME) — all profiled here earlier — a second wave of five SME IPOs lists today, October 8, 2026, spanning jewellery, events, home automation, pipes and industrial equipment.
Omara Ventures India (BSE SME) — the Chandigarh-based luxury designer jewellery maker behind the OMARA brand — lists after raising ₹41.99 crore in an all-fresh issue at ₹296–₹311 per share, subscribed 1.06x. Net proceeds are earmarked for ₹18 crore of debt repayment, ₹10 crore working capital, boutique expansion and brand marketing.
Eventions (NSE Emerge) — a corporate event management company — lists its ₹38.12 crore fixed-price issue at ₹118 per share, subscribed 2.32x, with proceeds aimed at working capital and debt repayment.
Sollfege Smart Electronics (BSE SME) — the Kolkata premium audio, video and home-automation integrator founded in 2012 under MD Umesh Kumar Agarwal — lists its ₹21.78 crore issue at ₹55 per share, subscribed about 2.36x. It plans 12 new showrooms with the capital.
Shree TNB Polymers (BSE SME) — manufacturer of HDPE/PP pipes, double-wall corrugated pipes and irrigation systems under the NOBLE, TIRUPATI and WELLPACK brands — lists its ₹31.80 crore issue at ₹50–₹53, subscribed 1.91x.
SJP Ultrasonics (BSE SME) rounds out the day with its ₹23.45 crore fixed-price issue at ₹67 per share, funding machinery additions and working capital.
Together, the five SME debuts raised roughly ₹157 crore — a sign that small-cap capital formation is running at full steam this October.
Why it matters for founders
The SME board is proving to be a genuine funding ladder: niche, profitable businesses from jewellery to pipes are raising ₹20–₹40cr and listing successfully. If you're a founder with steady revenues and want growth capital without VC dilution, the BSE/NSE SME route is wide open — and today's five debuts are your comps.
