MSM Unify India announced the acquisition of KlickEdu and Gujarat-based RJ Vision at a press conference in the National Capital on 20 October 2026, expanding its education ecosystem across global medical education, healthcare talent development and NEET and JEE preparation, The Pioneer reported. The deal value was not disclosed.
What MSM Unify gains
KlickEdu, co-founded by Dr Shubham Gautam, has helped more than 100,000 students across 50-plus countries and works with a network of over 50 universities, bringing global medical education reach to the combined entity. RJ Vision is a Gujarat-based coaching and academic-services provider with programmes for NEET, JEE, CBSE and GSEB students and a published track record across medical, engineering and board examinations.
MSM Unify has built a global platform connecting more than 190,000 students with over 1,500 campuses across 21 destinations. Announcing the deal, founder Sanjay Laul said: "Scale matters only when it gives strong businesses the ability to create greater impact." KlickEdu and RJ Vision bring specialist strengths that can now grow faster on that foundation, he added.
Consolidation in education services
The twin acquisition shows the consolidation wave in Indian education services continuing through 2026: platforms with large student funnels are buying specialist players — a global medical-education network here, a regional test-prep operator there — to deepen their offering without building from scratch. For startup funding in India, M&A remains one of the most active exit and growth paths in the sector.
Why it matters for founders
If you run a niche education or training business with real traction, platform acquirers like MSM Unify are actively buying capability, not just revenue. The recipe this deal rewards: deep domain specialisation (medical-education counselling, regional test prep) plus numbers that prove it (100,000+ students, 50+ countries). For edtech founders weighing fundraise vs exit, consolidation conversations with platforms that need your wedge are a live option — start them before you need the capital.
