MoneyTruVa, a structured financial information platform for Indian investors, has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed round from investors Sunil Singhania and Raj Shamani, as reported by The Hindu BusinessLine on 8 October 2026.

The startup is tackling a familiar problem: financial information in India is scattered across exchange filings, media reports and social platforms. MoneyTruVa brings it together in a structured format with context, aiming to help investors and stakeholders across the financial ecosystem discover information, understand it and make better-informed decisions. The platform is designed to bring clarity to an information landscape that is often fragmented across multiple sources and formats.

The timing is significant. India's investor base has crossed 13 crore unique accounts, supported by progressive regulation, robust market infrastructure, exchanges, intermediaries and listed companies. As participation broadens and deepens across the country, access to structured financial information is becoming one of the most important enablers for the next phase of market growth — and MoneyTruVa wants to be the layer that delivers it, transforming fragmented financial information into a structured, accessible and decision-oriented experience.

The platform will be unveiled at an invite-only event in Mumbai on 22 October 2026, and will then be open for public pre-registration.

Why it matters for founders

Wealth creation is no longer the bottleneck — comprehension is. With 13 crore investor accounts, the next big fintech wedge may be clarity, not access. Founders building in wealthtech should note where the smart money is moving: from transactions to information infrastructure.
