JSW MG Motor India has named eight winners of the MG Developer Program Season 6.0, its flagship startup-engagement initiative themed "Innovation in Automotive", the company announced on 9 October 2026. The winners — Nayan Technologies, Technod8.AI, LiveNSense, LW3, Smaartbrand (Acquink Solutions), Fitsol, Cautio and Meta Materials Circular Market — will explore pilot projects and real-world deployments with the automaker.

The season drew 130+ entries, with 40+ shortlisted for presentations and 18 reaching the final jury. The programme ran with partners including DPIIT, Startup India, Jio, Gulf Oil India, TiE Delhi NCR, iCreate, TERI and BSES Rajdhani. Since its launch in 2019, the programme has seen 1,680+ startup entries across six seasons.

For automotive and mobility-tech startups, corporate programmes like this one remain one of the most reliable routes to a paying pilot — and MG's six-season track record makes its selection a meaningful signal to other OEMs.

Why it matters for founders

Enterprise pilots, not pitch competitions, are where corporate innovation programmes pay off. If you build for automotive or mobility, programmes like the MG Developer Program — with 130+ entries and real deployment pathways — are worth more than most accelerators.
