Bengaluru-based Live2.ai has raised Rs 130 crore (about $14 million) in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The round is one of the larger startup funding in India deals announced on 27 October 2026, and it underlines how quickly social media has moved from a marketing channel to a commerce input.

What Live2.ai does

Live2.ai, founded by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, builds an AI-powered platform that connects social intelligence with campaign execution and commerce. It monitors brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review sites, then turns those signals into insights and actions for marketing, product, customer experience and commerce teams.

The platform combines trend analysis with influencer and user-generated content audits, compliance management, social publishing and performance tracking. It also helps brands turn rights-cleared content into shoppable experiences across digital and commerce channels.

How the round is structured

The round comprises primary capital to fund growth and a secondary component that gives early shareholders partial liquidity. That mix is increasingly common at this stage: the company gets fuel for expansion while early backers can take some money off the table without waiting for a full exit.

Live2.ai said it will use the funds to develop its AI agent platform, expand enterprise deployments and strengthen its presence across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. It operates eight AI agents, including tools for crisis detection, trend identification, campaign auditing and automated responses, working on a shared data framework with governance controls and a human review step.

Co-founder and chief executive J Venkat said brands today are drowning in signals and starved of action. The pitch, in short, is not another dashboard — it is detection, decision and activation inside a single governed workflow for global enterprise customers.

Why it matters for founders

If you sell to brands, the bar has moved from reporting what happened on social to acting on it in the same workflow. Founders who can show a governed path from a social signal to a sale will find enterprise buyers listening.
