Esports and gaming tournament platform Let's Game Now has closed a ₹30 crore investment round in startup funding in India, co-led by industrialist Anand Mahindra and Bestvantage Investments, with a UAE-based family office also participating. The round was reported on 28 October 2026.

Building the Indian Super Gaming League

The fresh capital will accelerate development of the Indian Super Gaming League (ISGL), a franchise-based competition combining gaming, sports, entertainment and technology. The company says the league has also received backing from actors Ranveer Singh and Abhishek Bachchan.

Founded in 2018 by Santanu Basu, Let's Game Now runs online tournaments, large offline events and live broadcasting services across South Asia and Southeast Asia, connecting brands with gamers. The company claims a community of more than 1.4 million members, over 2,000 events organised, more than 30 clients served and a presence in 18 countries.

Its grassroots network spans more than 400 colleges across over 80 cities, reaching more than 700,000 students, with over 20 events and more than 30 club partnerships. Bestvantage Investments advised the company exclusively on the transaction, according to YourStory.

Market research cited by Entrackr values the Indian gaming market at approximately $3.8 billion, projected to reach $9.2 billion by FY29 — the demand backdrop against which Let's Game Now is building a league format rather than a single tournament series.

Why it matters for founders

A league, not just a tournament, is the pitch here: recurring fixtures, franchises and a college pipeline give sponsors something repeatable to buy. Founders in gaming should note what sold this round — a 1.4-million-strong community and 2,000 events of proof, not just a format idea.
