Real estate CRM platform Leadrat has announced the acquisition of Calllive.ai, an AI voice agent platform, on October 12, 2026. The deal lets Leadrat's customers deploy AI agents that make and receive real phone calls, qualify leads, book site visits and update the CRM automatically — in Hinglish and multiple Indian languages. Deal value was not disclosed.
Calllive.ai's voice agents run 24/7, respond in around 600 milliseconds end-to-end on live calls (best benchmark: 599 ms), switch languages mid-conversation, handle interruptions, and hand over to humans when needed. To date the platform has made 5 lakh+ calls, generated 10,000+ sales-ready leads, driven 1,000+ site visits and delivers 4.5x ROI over human calling teams.
Leadrat serves more than 38,000 agents across India and the UAE and has handled 4 crore+ leads. Calllive.ai's voice agents will be fully integrated into the Leadrat platform by the end of December 2026 and the product will be rebranded as CallingCat. The acquisition follows Leadrat's 2025 acquisition of Engageto, a WhatsApp Business API platform, as it builds a unified intelligence layer for real estate sales.
Himanshu Kumar, Founder & CEO of Leadrat, said the next generation of CRM will not just recommend actions — it will take them, with every new lead contacted within 24 seconds of an enquiry. Pintu Singha, Founder & CEO of Calllive.ai, said the bigger shift is what happens after the call: turning every conversation into action.
Why it matters for founders
Vertical AI agents are going straight into the workflow, not sitting beside it. Leadrat's playbook — buy the voice layer, bundle it into the CRM, promise 24-second response — is a template for any SaaS in a high-lead-volume vertical. If you run one, ask whether your next move is a feature build or a small acquisition.
