Applications close 20 October 2026. The EVOLVE 4.0 Incubation Program, run by the AIC-Pinnacle Entrepreneurship Forum in collaboration with NATRAX (National Automotive Test Tracks), is now accepting applications from startups across Indian mobility and electric transportation.
EVOLVE 4.0 is designed to accelerate ventures from the minimum viable product (MVP) stage to commercialisation. Eligible sectors span EV and mobility, components and battery technology, telematics and connected mobility, shared and smart mobility, aerial mobility, automotive technology and mobility software — effectively the full stack of the transport transition.
Up to 20 selected startups will receive mentoring, product development and testing support via the AIC-Pinnacle–NATRAX MoU signed this month, industry and investor connections, and national and international exposure. For hardware founders, the standout is direct access to NATRAX's testing and validation infrastructure near Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh — the kind of facility a young startup could never afford to build.
The programme lands at a useful moment: it follows the formal AIC Pinnacle–NATRAX partnership aimed at linking startup incubation with automotive testing infrastructure, so EVOLVE 4.0 is the first structured cohort to run on that pipeline. Founders building in batteries, telematics or aerial mobility get the same shot as EV OEM hopefuls.
Why it matters for founders
Mobility startups die in the gap between a working prototype and a homologated product. EVOLVE 4.0 pairs incubation with actual proving-ground access and caps the cohort at 20, so selection means real attention. If you're at MVP in EVs, batteries or connected mobility, the 20 October deadline is your window.
