Clean, high-protein egg brand Eggoz has appointed actor Boman Irani as its brand ambassador, launching a new campaign built around the 'Eggoz effect'. Conceptualised by ANC, the campaign uses humour to spotlight how food energises everyday moments — the launch film is set in a sleepy office where Irani's character triggers a burst of activity after lunch, linked to Eggoz eggs.
The company said the campaign reflects its positioning around nutrition, taste and everyday enjoyment. Co-founder and CEO Abhishek Negi said Irani's warmth and humour made him a natural fit for the brand. The campaign also underscores Eggoz's quality proposition: eggs from hens on a special herbal diet, rigorous quality standards and the brand's distinctive orange yolk.
Bringing on a mainstream Bollywood face signals Eggoz's ambition to move from a quality-led niche to a household name — using mass-media trust to scale a premium, nutrition-first food brand.
Why it matters for founders
Eggoz's Boman Irani bet shows how D2C brands graduate from performance marketing to cultural marketing: a beloved face transfers trust faster than any ad funnel. If your brand has a genuine quality edge (herbal-diet hens, orange yolks), a celebrity amplifier can turn that edge into household recognition — but only once the product story is already solid.
