Bengaluru-based voice AI startup Desible.ai has raised ₹32 crore (around $3.7 million) in a seed funding round led by Prime Venture Partners, with participation from existing backer Invention Engine, Inc42 reported.
Founded in 2025 by Uttam Tiwari and Omkar Raikar, Desible.ai is building what it calls an outcome-driven agentic workflow orchestration platform for BFSI enterprises. The startup orchestrates over 25 agentic AI workflows spanning revenue, risk and compliance, collections, underwriting, service and claims. Voice AI is the entry point — the platform is now expanding across WhatsApp, SMS and email to automate customer engagement, servicing, operations and compliance for banks, NBFCs and insurers.
Use cases include persistence and renewal management, collections, lead qualification, welcome calling, TeleMER, claims intimation and cross-selling. Desible.ai says its platform handles more than 10 million customer engagements every month and is being used or evaluated by 40+ BFSI institutions.
The fresh capital will deepen its agentic AI capabilities, strengthen compliance infrastructure, expand go-to-market efforts and accelerate product development. As Tiwari put it: “Voice AI is our entry point, not our destination.”
Why it matters for founders
10 million monthly engagements and 40+ BFSI institutions in under two years is the kind of enterprise traction that makes seed rounds look like Series As. Desible.ai's wedge is worth studying: voice as the trojan horse into compliance-heavy banks, then expanding into full workflow orchestration. In BFSI, the product that survives procurement is the one built around compliance from day one — Desible is explicitly funding "compliance infrastructure," which is exactly what bank CISOs need to hear before they sign.
