Dar Ventures has partnered with Plug and Play to launch the DarE Program — a 12-week, equity-free accelerator for startups in the built environment: architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, infrastructure, smart cities, and the AI/IoT layers on top.

The program structure is classic Plug and Play: an in-person kick-off, virtual programming, investor weeks, an expo, mentorship, corporate and investor introductions, and Plug and Play perks. The draw is credibility — Plug and Play's network spans corporates and investors globally.

Eligibility targets Pre-Seed to Pre-Series A startups with a working MVP or market-ready product and early validation. The program is open globally with a Europe/Middle East/Africa focus, and international applicants — including from India — are welcome.

Applications close October 23, 2026 according to one listing and October 24 according to another — apply by the 23rd to be safe (timezone not stated).

Why it matters for founders

Proptech and construction-tech are chronically under-accelerated in India, and an equity-free Plug and Play program is unusually founder-friendly. If you have a working MVP in built-environment tech, this is worth the application — but treat Oct 23 as the hard deadline given the conflicting dates.
