Pune-based healthtech company Clinics On Cloud has raised approximately $14.26 million in Series A funding from Model42, at an approximately $71.3 million valuation. The round was reported on 28 October 2026, marking a strong week for startup funding in India in preventive healthcare.

Led by founders Abhay Agarwal and Manashrri Agarwal, Clinics On Cloud builds technology-enabled, CDSCO-licensed health screening solutions — including Health ATMs, Box Clinics, Health Lounges and Mobile Medical Units — that capture over 65 clinical parameters and provide instant AI-assisted diagnostics alongside telemedicine connectivity.

The company says it has deployed more than 3,500 active physical installations across 200 cities and eight countries, processing over 12 million preventive patient screenings for corporate enterprises, remote communities and government defence forces.

The funds will accelerate global expansion across the United Arab Emirates, Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia, finance AI-driven diagnostics research, scale up manufacturing at its Chakan facility, and expand its global physical microclinic network.

Clinics On Cloud's model is a reminder that healthtech scale in India is often physical before it is digital: screening hardware in workplaces, communities and remote locations, with AI and telemedicine layered on top. Twelve million screenings is distribution that no app-only product can claim overnight.

Why it matters for founders

Healthtech founders should remember that access is a physical problem in much of India. A screening device in a workplace or a remote community reaches people an app never will — build the distribution, then let software multiply it.
