Registration for Bharat Udyam Sangam 2026 closes on October 20, 2026 — founders have two days left to apply for the startup investment conclave, which runs on October 31 at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, with a ₹2 lakh prize pool.
Eligibility
The event is open to startup founders and student teams. Startups are selected before they pitch — so October 20 is a cut-off for the shortlist, not a walk-in date. About 500 participants are expected, mainly from Delhi NCR. The conclave is tied to the Ministry of MSME, DST NIDHI PRAYAS, the Institution's Innovation Council, Startin UP and AKTU.
How to apply
Registration runs through an online form on the event's registration link, and closes on October 20, 2026. The day carries six sessions: a Startup Investment Pitch Arena before investors and angel networks, a leadership and investor panel, student innovation pitching, a time-bound student hackathon, a capacity-building masterclass on fundraising and go-to-market, and curated one-to-one Investor-Startup Connect meetings. Innovation Hub, AKTU Lucknow is supporting the day.
The host incubator
GL Bajaj Centre for Research and Incubation, which organises the conclave, has supported 155 startups — over 110 with DPIIT recognition — and says it has raised over ₹6.56 crore for them. Corporate backers include Zoho, AWS, GitHub and Paytm. Its CEO, Dr Purnendu Shekhar Pandey, framed the day simply: "Investors do not come to Greater Noida every week. On October 31 they will be in one room."
Why it matters for founders
For Delhi NCR founders without an incubator, this is one of the cheapest investor meetings available this month: a free registration form, a selection cut on October 20, and a room of investors on October 31. Treat the ₹2 lakh pool as recognition money — the real prize is the pitch slot.
