Smart kitchen appliance company Beyond Appliances has raised ₹110 crore (about $11.4 million) in a Series B round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from Dharana Capital and other investors, announced on 6 October 2026.
The Bengaluru-based company will deploy the capital towards R&D, a new manufacturing plant and expansion into new kitchen product categories. It plans to expand its offline presence from four cities to 14 over the next three years and is targeting ₹500 crore in annual recurring revenue during the period. A new category in the oven space is expected within nine to twelve months.
Founded in August 2024 by Eshwar K. Vikas (CEO) and Rakesh Patil (CTO) — both previously built kitchen robotics company Mukunda Foods — the startup sells Android chimneys, Plug-N-Play chimneys, smart hobs and cooktops through its D2C platform, online marketplaces and offline retail. The company says 15% of revenue now comes from customer referrals and its marketplace share has doubled over the past year. Net revenue was about ₹40 crore in FY26.
The round comes a year after a ₹34.9 crore ($4 million) Series A also led by Fireside Ventures, and a $2 million seed in November 2024. "The acceptance of these products has given us confidence that there is a larger opportunity to build technology-led kitchen appliances specifically for Indian consumers," Vikas told ETEntrepreneur.
Why it matters for founders
Beyond Appliances went from founding to a ₹110 crore Series B in just over two years — on the back of 90% in-house manufacturing, referrals driving 15% of revenue, and repeat backing from one fund. In hardware-D2C, the moat is the factory, not the funnel.
