All In Capital wants to be the first believer in a founder's life. This Bengaluru early-stage fund, founded in 2022, stakes its identity on day-zero conviction — backing founders at the idea, early-product or early-traction stage and usually being the first to commit and wire. Its differentiator is a 100-plus founder community that sources deals and supports portfolio companies.

Investment thesis

The credo is "going all in on founders who go all in." The fund invests in Indian startups through a community of founders who identify the next generation of founders to back and then support them through the company-building journey. Co-founder Kushal Bhagia calls the target profile "non-obvious founders at day zero" — people building before traction makes the opportunity visible. The firm says it has partnered with more than 150 founders so far.

Sectors and stages

The fund is sector-agnostic at the pre-seed and seed stages — most first investments are pre-product, almost all pre-revenue. It typically leads rounds rather than following, and Fund II plans around 50 companies over three years, reserving follow-on capital for winners.

Fund size and cheque size

The first fund was US$10 million (June 2022). Fund II targets ₹200 crore with a ₹100 crore greenshoe — potential size ₹300 crore — and marked a ₹85 crore first close from family offices in March 2025. First cheques run ₹2 crore to ₹5 crore; the website states USD 250K to 600K while leading pre-seed and seed rounds.

Notable portfolio companies

Early bets included Rocketlane, Fashinza, GIVA and Jai Kisan, and the firm points to breakouts like PierSight Space, NewMe, Magma and Vaaree. Fund II has begun deploying into Taakat, MedMitra, Spill Games, Krrvy and Mixar. The first fund deployed US$11 million across 51 startups, with nearly half raising follow-on funding.

Partners and team

The firm is co-founded by Kushal Bhagia and Aditya Singh. Bhagia founded Nayi Disha Studios in 2012, then moved into VC through IndiaQuotient, where he ran the FirstCheque.vc scout programme and backed nearly 100 startups, including GIVA, FleetX, Seekho and DrinkPrime. Singh founded Bookmyforex.com, acquired by MakeMyTrip, and was a founding principal of Stride Ventures India's venture-debt fund. Around them sits a partner network of 100-plus founders, including Vidit Aatrey (Meesho), Aprameya Radhakrishna (Koo), Farooq Adam (Fynd) and Deepak Diwakar (Mindtickle).

Programs run

The flagship is All Stars, a founder-support platform with an investor and angel network, a peer founder community, and a deal book of cost-saving benefits. The firm also launched TorQLabs with Nikhil Agarwal of CJ Darcl Logistics, backing two supply-chain and logistics startups with mentorship and capital via a public application form.

Credits and perks

Through All Stars, portfolio companies get software credits and specialised service providers via the deal book. Beyond that: warm intros to global funds, help crafting the company narrative, and "2 AM friend" partners reachable on WhatsApp when things get tough.

How founders can approach them

The direct route is the firm's website, allincapital.vc. A warm introduction from a backed founder or network partner carries real weight, since sourcing runs through the founder community. Arrive with a clear, ambitious vision — narrative matters, and the team explicitly helps founders sharpen their story.

Why it matters for founders

If you are pre-product and need a fund that says yes before anyone else will, All In Capital is built for exactly that moment — one of India's fastest first cheques, plus a founder army from Meesho to Fynd to Mindtickle that picks up the phone when you need help.
